17 x 6 foot tables for vendors set up around the room
4 x 6 foots down the middle for morning and afternoon F&B breaks
2 x easels - Amanda will move around
Portable screen with laptop and projector. They will bring presentation on USB stick. (See map - near Cafe 54)
